WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 light brown grooved decking board (4 chambers) fixed lengths

WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 light brown grooved – deck board with 4 chambers in fixed lengths

With the WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 grooved deck board, you can design your terrace, balcony, or pool surround to be modern, durable, and low-maintenance. These boards combine a natural wood look with the benefits of a modern Wood-Plastic-Composite (WPC): approx. 60% wood fibers (poplar), approx. 35% polyethylene, and 5% additives such as UV protection, mold, and algae protection ensure a weather-resistant, durable surface that is pleasantly splinter-free and comfortable to walk on barefoot.

The boards feature four chambers (HOLO 4) and a fine, homogeneous structure for high stability and comfort. The boards are available in fixed lengths of 3.0 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m and can be flexibly adapted to your project.

Processing and installation: The boards can be easily cut and processed with conventional woodworking tools. They can be installed on both WPC and aluminum substructures. The recommended substructure spacing is 30–35 cm, and the small ridge in the side groove facilitates uniform alignment in the direction of installation.

Temperature and maintenance instructions: Due to temperature fluctuations, linear expansion in heat and contraction in cold may occur. During installation, a gap of approx. 20 mm should be maintained from adjacent structures. Cleaning is straightforward: water and a soap solution are usually sufficient to remove superficial dirt. For optimal protection, we recommend the Gunreben WPC&BPC cleaner and the Gunreben WPC&BPC surface protection, which shields the material against water, grease, and dirt.
