General Information

Unless stated otherwise below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide it has no consequences. This applies only insofar as no other information is provided for the following processing operations. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Server Log Files

You can visit our websites without providing personal information. Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser and stored in log data (server log files). This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. This data serves exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our range of services. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.

Collection and Processing when Using the Contact Form

When using the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message text, telephone number) only to the extent provided by you. The purpose of data processing is to establish contact. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal. We only use your email address to process your inquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have agreed to further processing and use.

Data Processing for Customer Account Opening and Contract Execution

We collect and process personal data (name, address, email address, telephone number) if you provide this data to us for the purpose of executing a contract or opening a customer account. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The specific data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Our customer documents (e.g., offers, order confirmations, invoices) are sent by email to the address provided in the contact form. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller. After complete processing of the contract/reservation or deletion of your account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods expire, unless you have expressly consented to further use.

Information for Applicants on Data Processing

We process personal data from applicants for the purpose of conducting the application process. We receive this data directly from you. You only need to provide data necessary for the decision regarding the establishment of an employment relationship.

Legal Bases:

  • Fulfillment of contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR): To decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. We ask that you avoid sensitive data (e.g., political opinions, health data, sexual orientation) in your application.

  • Based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR): For example, for inclusion in an "applicant pool" for future vacancies if your current application is rejected. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Transfer and Storage Duration: Internal departments (HR or the specific department) receive your data. In case of rejection, data is stored for a maximum of six months. If you consent to being in our talent pool, data is stored for a maximum of two years.
