WPC 22 × 143 mm SOLID light grey sawn-finish coarse decking board (solid) fixed lengths

WPC 22 × 143 mm SOLID light grey rough sawn coarse – solid decking board in fixed lengths

The WPC 22 × 143 mm SOLID decking board in light grey rough sawn coarse combines a natural wood look with the advantages of a Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC). The high-quality mix of approx. 60% wood fibers (poplar), 35% polyethylene, and 5% additives such as UV protection, mold and algae protection ensures a weather-resistant, durable surface that is splinter-free and comfortable to walk on barefoot – ideal for terraces, balconies, and pool areas.

The solid SOLID design with a coarse rough-sawn surface provides a rustic, authentic wood feel and high stability. They are available in fixed lengths of 3.0 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m, allowing them to be flexibly adapted to any construction project.

Processing and installation: The boards can be cut without problems using conventional woodworking tools. For installation on WPC or aluminum substructures, a spacing of 30–35 cm is recommended. A small ridge in the side groove facilitates precise installation.

Temperature and maintenance instructions: WPC boards react to temperature changes, causing them to expand in heat and contract in cold. A distance of approx. 20 mm from adjacent building components should be maintained. Cleaning is straightforward: water, soap solution, and a brush are sufficient. For additional protection, we recommend the Gunreben WPC&BPC cleaner and the Gunreben WPC&BPC surface protection, which protect the material against water, grease, and dirt.
