Bona Professional Mega Sealer Semi-Matte – Versatile 1K lacquer with high resistance

Bona Professional Mega Semi-Matte is a versatile, water-based 1-component lacquer with excellent chemical resistance. This lacquer has been specially developed for sealing heavily used parquet and wooden floors and offers a durable, robust protective layer with an elegant semi-matte finish.

The innovative formula is based on a fatty acid-modified polyurethane dispersion and cures oxidatively through oxygen absorption from the air, entirely without an additional hardener. Thus, Bona Mega combines the easy application of a 1K lacquer with the high-performance properties of a 2K parquet lacquer.

Tested according to DIN 53160 (“resistant to perspiration and saliva”) and meets the limit values according to EN 71-3 for migration behavior – ideal for environments with high safety requirements, such as households with children.

The coverage is 8–10 m² per liter, and the drying time between coats is approx. 2–3 hours, allowing for fast and efficient application.
