We ship our goods based on size, weight, and fragility. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart before you submit your order. You can find an overview here for your reference.
Our Fair Shipping Guarantee:
- Maximum shipping price: No matter how much you order – shipping costs are a maximum of €166.54 per order.

Free shipping: From a shopping cart value of €2,000, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
Overview of shipping groups
Since we offer everything from small screws to heavy solid wood floorboards, our items are divided into shipping groups. You can find the respective group directly in the product description.

Note on calculation: For package shipping groups M and L, the costs per packing unit (package) are added until the upper limit of €166.54 is reached. From this point on, you will not pay another cent, no matter how many additional packages are added.
Delivery is only within Germany.

Delivery times
B2C (Sales to private customers via the online shop):
Unless a different period is specified in the order confirmation, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany, excluding islands) within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of receipt of payment).
No delivery takes place on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, provided we have not made any deviating agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Prerequisites for our delivery service are an accessible road for large trucks (e.g., semi-trailer or lorry with trailer), the presence of personnel for unloading and inspection of goods, no unreasonable waiting times until unloading, no fixed deadlines, as well as the possibility of accepting goods from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
