WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 light brown fluted decking board (4 chambers) fixed lengths

WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 light brown grooved – 4-chamber decking board in fixed lengths

The WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 grooved decking board combines a natural wood look with the advantages of modern Wood-Plastic-Composite (WPC). The material mix of approx. 60% wood fibers (poplar), 35% polyethylene, and 5% additives such as UV and mold protection ensures durability, weather-resistant surfaces, and low-maintenance decking that is splinter-free and comfortable to walk on barefoot – ideal for terraces, balconies, or pool areas.

They are available in fixed lengths of 3.0 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m and can be flexibly adapted to your construction project.

Processing and installation: The boards can be easily cut and worked with conventional woodworking tools. They can be installed on either a WPC or aluminum substructure. The recommended installation spacing is 30–35 cm, and a small ridge in the side groove facilitates precise laying.

Temperature and maintenance instructions: Due to temperature fluctuations, linear expansion occurs with heat and contraction with cold – during installation, a gap of approx. 20 mm should be maintained from adjacent components. Cleaning is straightforward: water, soap solution, and a brush are usually sufficient to remove surface dirt. For additional protection, Gunreben WPC&BPC cleaner and Gunreben WPC&BPC surface protection are recommended, which effectively protect the material against water, grease, and dirt.
