WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 dark gray grooved decking board (4 chambers) fixed lengths

WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 dark gray grooved – Decking board with 4 chambers in fixed lengths

The WPC 22 × 146 mm HOLO 4 grooved decking board in dark gray combines the natural look of wood with the advantages of a modern Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC). The high-quality material mix of approx. 60% wood fibers (poplar), 35% polyethylene, and 5% additives such as UV protection, mold and algae protection ensures a weather-resistant, long-lasting surface that is splinter-free and comfortable to walk on barefoot – ideal for patios, balconies, or pool surrounds.

The boards feature four chambers (HOLO 4) and a fine, homogeneous structure for stability and comfort. The boards are available in fixed lengths of 3.0 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m and can be flexibly adapted to your construction project.

Processing and Installation: The boards can be processed without any problems using conventional woodworking tools. They can be installed on both WPC and aluminum substructures. The recommended installation spacing is 30–35 cm, and a small ridge in the side groove facilitates precise alignment.

Temperature and Maintenance Instructions: Due to temperature fluctuations, longitudinal expansion in heat and contraction in cold can occur. During installation, a gap of approx. 20 mm should be maintained from adjacent components. Cleaning is straightforward: water, soap solution, and a brush are usually sufficient. For additional protection, we recommend Gunreben WPC&BPC Cleaner as well as Gunreben WPC&BPC Surface Protection, which effectively protects the material against water, grease, and dirt.
