DILA C – concealed deck connector for wood & WPC boards

With the DILA C deck connector, installing your decking boards made of wood or wood-based materials is exceptionally easy and time-saving. By screwing from the underside, the exposed surface of the boards remains optimally protected, resulting in constructive protection and a refined look at the same time.

Thanks to the wide installation stop and extra-long screw guides, the connector can be positioned and fastened quickly and precisely to the back of the boards. Two elastic spring elements compensate for unevenness such as cupping and ensure a force-fit connection.

The 10 mm thick deck connector offers a high load-bearing capacity, ensures ventilation, and provides constructive protection for the components. An integrated drainage channel also prevents the formation of waterlogging between the connector and the substructure.

The innovative fastening system allows for sliding and fixed-point installation, which optimally compensates for the natural swelling and shrinking of the boards. The freely adjustable joint spacing, adapted to the board width and material properties, ensures a harmonious-looking deck appearance.

No additional start or end connector is required. The substructure can be made of either wood or aluminum.
