The handmade ash cutting board is crafted from solid ash wood from the Spessart region. From the log to the finished product, processing takes place in our factory in Strullendorf. The light-colored ash wood with its vibrant grain makes every board an individual kitchen board for cutting, serving, and arranging.

This high-quality ash cutting board is carefully handcrafted in our factory in Strullendorf. The natural coloring and the vibrant grain of the ash wood vary from piece to piece, giving each board an individual appearance.

For our cutting boards, we use ash wood from the Spessart region. The logs are cut in our own sawmill in Strullendorf and then further processed at the same location – from the log to the finished cutting board.

After cutting, the lumber is air-dried for at least six months. This is followed by final kiln drying using heat that we generate, among other things, from our own production wood waste.

Further processing also takes place in our factory. With experience and careful craftsmanship, each piece of ash wood is transformed into an individual cutting board that is suitable for daily use in the kitchen as well as for serving and arranging.

Ash wood is characterized by high strength and elasticity. The light coloring and the striking, vibrant grain give the board its characteristic look.

For regular care, we recommend a food-safe wood oil suitable for cutting boards. Treatment helps protect the wood surface from moisture and refreshes the natural grain.
